About Us
Selah & Bloom provides integrative, holistic, collaborative and trauma informed counselling Australia wide via telehealth. Counselling interventions are thoughtfully shaped around you, your experiences, your needs and what feels most helpful along the way. This may include exploring emotions, underlying beliefs, value systems, understanding patterns, connecting mind and body, developing practical tools, strengthening self-compassion, or simply having somewhere safe to be heard. There is no expectation that you arrive with the right words or a clear plan. You can come exactly as you are and together, we can work towards a greater sense of understanding, connection and possibility.
Selah is a word found throughout the Psalms, often understood as an invitation to pause, reflect and breathe. It speaks to the moments when we stop long enough to notice what is happening within us, to make space for what we have been carrying, and to simply be.
Bloom is a reminder that growth does not have to be rushed. Like a flower, we each unfold in our own time, shaped by the seasons we have lived through and the care we receive along the way.
